Yeh India ka sabse popular joke hai. Aur kal kabhi aata nahi. Hum sab jaante hain ki padhna zaroori hai, par aadat banana hi sabse mushkil kaam hai. Lagta hai jaise focus aur motivation humse dushmani nikal rahe hain.
Par asli problem aap mein nahi, aapke tareekon mein hai.
Sahi study habits banana koi rocket science nahi hai. Bas choti-choti cheezon ka ek system hai. Ek baar yeh system baith gaya, toh padhai utni hi natural lagegi jitna subah uthkar phone check karna.
Sirf "Kya" Nahi, "Kaise" Padhein
School aur college humein bas yeh batate hain ki kya padhna hai. Par kaise padhna hai, yeh koi nahi sikhata. Hum ghanton tak kitabon ko ghoorte rehte hain aur sochte hain ki kuch yaad kyun nahi ho raha.
Asli fark active learning se aata hai. Sirf kitaab padhna passive hai. Active learning ka matlab hai kaam karna:
- Khud ko padhao: Chapter padh liya? Ab kitab band karo aur use kisi aur ko samjhane ki koshish karo. Koi nahi hai toh deewar ko samjhao. Jab aap concepts ko apne shabdon mein bolte hain, woh dimaag mein chipak jaate hain.
- Active Recall: Ratta mat maaro, khud se sawaal pucho. Flashcards banao ya ek page par chapter ke important questions likh lo. Phir bina dekhe jawab do. Isse aapka dimaag information nikalna seekhta hai, jo exam mein sabse zyada kaam aata hai.
- Spaced Repetition: Aaj jo padha hai, use kal revise karo. Phir 3 din baad. Phir ek hafte baad. Is tarah cheezein short-term se long-term memory mein chali jaati hain. Trider jaise apps iske liye aache hain, wahan aap har subject ke liye revision reminders set kar sakte ho.

Aap kahan padhte hain, isse bahut fark padta hai. Agar bistar par let kar padhoge, toh dimaag confuse ho jaayega. Use lagega ki yeh sone ka time hai, padhne ka nahi.
